Need to cancel or reschedule your live course? We’ve got you covered.

All of our live courses include access to the on-demand recording after the event, so even if something comes up, you won’t miss the content.

If CareerLearning cancels a live course:
CareerLearning reserves the right to cancel any live course prior to the start date. If this happens, registered attendees will be notified by email and are eligible for a full refund of the course cost. CareerLearning is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to a cancellation.

If you need to change your live course date:

  • 3 or more business days before the course start:
     Live date change requests are honored at no cost. Rescheduled dates are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Missed the 3-day reschedule cutoff?
No problem. You can still reschedule your course for $50, based on availability.
