What is your refund policy?

Starting from the date of purchase, attendees have 30 days to request a refund, as long as the course has not been accessed.

After 30 days, refunds are no longer available. At that point, attendees may request a catalog credit to apply toward another course.

Some states have specific refund requirements. If applicable, those policies are listed on the state’s requirements page.

If you have questions, submit a request through the Customer Support Portal.

If you’re unable to access the portal, email support@careerlearning.com ⇾  and our team will follow up.
